Returns and Refunds
We believe in a disciplined edit—buying fewer, better things that you truly love.
If an item is not quite right, you must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return requests submitted after this 7-day window has passed will strictly not be accepted. To encourage mindful purchasing and reduce the environmental impact of reverse logistics, a return fee of 10% of the item’s value will be deducted from monetary refunds.
Please note: This 10% fee is waived if you opt for an exchange instead of a return.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including dust bags) with all tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original box without scuffs on the sole.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return: To initiate the process, please log in to your customer portal and submit your request independently. Once accepted, we will provide the return address. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval via your account page will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after a strict quality inspection.
